Utility Access Endorsement
This endorsement provides the insured owner or lender assurances that specified public utility services are available to the land.
Usury Endorsement
This endorsement inures the insured lender against loss by reason of the invalidity or unenforceability of the insured mortgage due to a determination that the loan transaction is usurious under the laws of the state where the property is located.
