MARK GOODMAN

Vice President, Manager
E: markg@cptitle.com

Mark instinctively takes a “big picture” approach in developing the best solutions for clients. Joining Commercial Partners Title in 1995, Mark leveraged his broad expertise in sales and service to seek the best solutions for our title insurance customers. He honed his problem solving skills early in his career. As a private banker with Bloomington Lake National Bank, Mark sought out all available banking options for his customers. Later, he joined Old Stone Mortgage as a mortgage banker, gaining diverse experience in both retail and wholesale mortgage lending. Shifting roles to become the Marketing Manager for Advantage Title, Mark gained oversight experience while supervising the sales department and assisting with closings.

At Commercial Partners Title, Mark became the point person charged with understanding the needs of existing clients and developing deeper ties within the community to direct the business. Promoted to Principal/Vice President in 2004, Mark focused on acting as a facilitator to all parties involved in a commercial transaction. His strategic overview ensured that everyone involved received the highest level of service available. With his promotion to Principal/President in 2014, Mark continues to direct the business and works with the staff to push themselves to find the best solutions for clients.

Our staff believes in what we do; it is, after all, why we call ourselves “Commercial Partners”.

Mark is well recognized in the industry from his work with NAIOP, MSCA and the MLTA (Minnesota Land Title Association). He is deeply involved in industry-specific organizations, including acting as co-chair on the education committee for MLTA. In all settings, Mark’s passion for defining top-level performance is evident. As an avid follower of Formula 1 racing and a sports car enthusiast, Mark strives to achieve the high-level vision he has for the business. This guidance ensures that all clients receive solutions that exceed their needs.
