Title Application Info

Before you begin the title process, you’ll need to compile some preliminary information to provide your title company. Here are the initial items you need to submit to your title company in order to begin the title process:

  • Buyer name and contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)

  • Seller name and contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)

  • Lender name and contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)

  • Information about the counsel for the buyer, seller, and lender

  • Information about the agent or broker for the buyer and seller

  • Mortgage broker name and contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)

  • Surveyor name and contact information (address, phone, email, etc.)
